Amnat Charoen is one of Thailand's newly established provinces and has a total area of some 3,161.248 square kilometers. It is divided into 7 districts: Muang Amnat Charoen, Chanuman, Hua Ta Pan, Lu Amnat, Phana, Phatumrat Wongsa and Se Nang Khanikom.
